Our Story
Mom was a baking queen. On weekends, our house was filled with the sweet smell of freshly baked goodies; from homemade cinnamon rolls to banana bread, zucchini muffins, rolls and of course, Mukies. The Mukies were our favorites! Mom loved her sweets and showed her love for her family through baking. We'd devour all the goodies she'd make with the reckless abandon that comes with youth. Gluten? Never heard of her. Refined Sugar? More please! But once we started making Mukies for our own families, we realized our eating habits had changed. We still wanted to indulge in our Mukies so we tweaked mom's recipe until we were able to marry the perfect balance of healthier for you, yet delicious. From glyphosate free oats to locally sourced fresh eggs and cream, we've taken mom's Mukies to a gluten-free, refined sugar free next level. But here's the thing, if If we didn't tell you this wasn't mom's original recipe, you'd never know! And that, my friends, is the point. We do it all for the Mukie! And mom.
